As NT PHN’s Executive Manager, Workforce and Primary Care Support, Claire Boardman PSM oversees a combined Rural Workforce Agency and PHN portfolio enabling contribution to strategic partnerships and collaborative approaches strengthening rural and remote healthcare across the NT.

Claire has held senior public health and executive leadership roles, including Deputy Public Health Commander with the Victorian Department of Health. In 2022, in the Queen’s Birthday Honors list she received the Public Service Medal for her contribution to Victoria’s COVID-19 response. A registered nurse and adjunct at CDU, Claire has worked with Indigenous communities, in complex disaster and developing nation settings.
