Kahla MacClean is a Noongar woman from Perth, Western Australia, who has lived and worked in Katherine for the past nine years.

She is the Student Support Coordinator at Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service and an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with extensive experience in primary health care. Kahla previously served as Clinic Coordinator, leading a busy clinic delivering comprehensive and acute care services.

After completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, she moved into clinical education, where she is committed to mentoring students, strengthening the Aboriginal health workforce and supporting culturally safe healthcare delivery.
