This presentation provides an overview of the 12-month graduate registered aboriginal health practitioner (rahp) program, designed to support newly qualified rahps as they transition into the workforce. the program combines structured learning, clinical experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to build confidence and competence in delivering high-quality, culturally safe care. participants are supported to develop their clinical skills, strengthen professional networks, and gain exposure to a range of primary healthcare settings. the presentation will outline the program structure, key learning components, support mechanisms, achievements so far, and the program’s aim to contribute to strengthening and growing the aboriginal health workforce.
