Rina joined TeamHEALTH in May 2025. Rina is a values-driven leader with extensive experience in building and enabling inclusive organisations and teams that seek to deliver positive outcomes for participants and communities. Rina’s areas of expertise include public policy development and service delivery designed to empower people who experience barriers to social and economic participation to release their full potential.

With a strong track record of senior executive leadership across government and community sectors, Rina’s background spans social services (disability and mental health), employment services, emergency management, workforce capability and resource management, and humanitarian diplomacy – she brings strategic insight and operational excellence to TeamHEALTH.

Rina holds a PhD exploring how creativity supports trauma recovery and brings both compassion and capability to lead TeamHEALTH into its next chapter.
