Anson Joseph is an internationally trained medical doctor with clinical experience as a junior doctor in general surgery and urology. He later worked in pharmacovigilance and medicine safety, supporting Zydus Cadila and AbbVie, where his work included reviewing safety information for medicines including oncology treatments such as venetoclax and ibrutinib. Anson currently works as a Cancer Research Officer with Cancer Council Northern Territory, supporting community-focused cancer prevention, screening and early diagnosis initiatives. His current work includes coordinating the Indigenous Fast-Track Cancer Diagnostic Program, which aims to improve culturally safe cancer awareness, referral and diagnostic pathways.
