Dr Sam Heard is a general practitioner, medical educator and health informatics specialist with extensive clinical and information technology experience across a range of settings. He is Chair of the RACGP Northern Territory Faculty, Chair of the international openEHR Foundation, Director of Heard Labs and a Director of Ocean Informatics. Dr Heard has lived and worked in the Northern Territory for 35 years.
