This workshop builds on the collaborative work that began at the Strengthening Clinical Supervision in the NT Roundtable in April 2026 where participants contributed to developing a framework for a Northern Territory Clinical Supervisor Multidisciplinary Community of Practice (CoP). Clinical supervisors will come together to discuss and shape the next steps in establishing the CoP including pathways for engaging with universities and opportunities to experience Balint group sessions - a structured reflective practice method that supports clinicians in exploring the relational dimensions of their work.
Registrations are limited, preference will be given to attendees of the April 2026 round table, though others with a strong interest in clinical supervision across the NT are welcome to express interest.
