IAHA NT workforce development is an aboriginal and torres strait islander community-controlled workforce development organisation. we work to improve education, training, employment, health and wellbeing outcomes with aboriginal and torres strait islander people, families, and communities across northern australia. we do this through providing strategic workforce development advice, expertise and support – which is complemented by programs and services that aim to strengthen the recruitment, retention and long-term development of the aboriginal and torres strait islander workforce in the nt.
