Paul Reeves is an accomplished Intensive Care Paramedic, clinical educator, and healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience across emergency, critical care, aeromedical retrieval, remote medicine, and health system development. Currently serving as Principal Advisor for Pre-Hospital Care with the Northern Territory Department of Health and as an Adjunct Senior Clinical Lecturer at Charles Darwin University, Paul has worked extensively throughout Australia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia.
A Fellow of the Faculty of Remote, Rural and Humanitarian Healthcare (RCS Edinburgh), Paul is recognised for his expertise in remote and austere healthcare, pre-hospital critical care, search and rescue operations, tactical medicine, and paramedic workforce development. Throughout his career, he has combined frontline clinical practice with leadership, education, and strategic health reform, championing innovative, culturally responsive models of care that improve access and outcomes for diverse communities. His passion remains advancing patient-centred healthcare through clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate service.
