David Blair is a Chartered Accountant with extensive finance, risk management, governance and business experience. He is currently employed as the Chief Operating Officer at Danila Dilba Health Service. Prior to this, he has held positions as COO of New Chapters New Beginnings, CFO of Kolsen Group and Chief Operating Officer at Menzies School of Health Research.

David is also an experienced Director, having previously served on the Boards of Lifeline Top End, Melaleuca Refuge Centre, Northern Centre for Contemporary Art, and as a public member of the AHPRA Physiotherapist Board NT. David is an independent member of Audit and Risk Management Committee, Tiwi Island Regional Council.
