Djamalaka is a Yolŋu Djambarrpuyŋu woman from Galiwin'ku. She has been an Aboriginal Health Practitioner for over 30 years, having worked in clinic, supporting junior AHPs, and in mental health outreach. Now, Djamalaka supports the Miwatj Public Health Community Workers across the region, helping them learn and develop new skills in their djäma (work). She also advises and guides the program leads on all programs and projects within the team.
