Frankie Szakaly is Program Manager, Big Rivers Healing for Our Mob program. An experienced social worker with Safe & Together training and experience, she was Katherine West Health Board’s (KWHB) first domestic and family violence (DFV) specialised social worker. In this role, she provided case management and support to DFV victim-survivors and their children across the Katherine West region, while leading the expansion of the organisation’s service offering.
She has led and collaborated widely on the design, planning, development and implementation of the regional program, building a strong team of culturally secure, experienced and passionate professionals to support communities.
