Rachael Bowker is the Chief Executive Officer of Darwin Community Legal Service. She has more than 20 years' experience in the community, disability and legal sectors, with a strong focus on advocacy, governance and access to justice. Rachael leads multidisciplinary teams delivering legal assistance and advocacy across the Northern Territory, including remote and First Nations communities. She works closely with government, health services and community organisations to improve systems that protect vulnerable people. Rachael has led state and national advocacy on older persons' abuse, disability rights and safeguarding reforms, with a focus on practical, community-driven solutions
