Paul Connolly is an experienced health executive with nearly a decade of leadership in the Northern Territory health sector.

Northern Territory PHN (NT PHN) supports communities through responsive primary and mental health care, fostering a sustainable workforce and prioritising the distinct needs of Territorians, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

NT PHN works with local health providers and stakeholders to commission accessible, high-quality and culturally appropriate programs and services that meet local needs.
Unlike other PHNs around Australia, NT PHN is also the NT’s Rural Workforce Agency (RWA), supporting the recruitment, development and retention of a professional primary health care workforce.

A not-for-profit independent organisation funded by the Australian Government, NT PHN’s vision is for a culturally safe, inclusive, person-centred and integrated health care system that helps Territorians thrive.
