Sam is an NT born, bred and educated pharmacist who is the Chief Pharmacist for the Northern Territory.
In this role, Sam provides expert advice on the legal management of medicines and poisons inline with the National Scheduling Framework and liaises with NT wide and national stakeholders on public health policies related to medicine use and pharmacist lead care.
Sam has delivered education and training on Opioid Pharmacotherapy, HIV medication supply, Medicinal Cannabis, Performance and Image Enhancing drugs, Real Time Prescription Monitoring and is currently leading regulatory reform on access to ADHD medicines.
