Therapeutic Guidelines Limited (TGL) has been appointed by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing as the new publisher of the Remote Primary Health Care manuals. These include the CARPA Standard Treatment Manual, Minymaku Kutju Tjukurpa Women’s Business Manual, Clinical Procedures Manual and Medicines Book.

This session will outline TGL’s plans to support the ongoing delivery and development of these important resources. TGL will work closely with communities and users throughout the transition to ensure the content and new digital platform reflect the practical needs of remote primary healthcare professionals.

Attendees will also learn how they can contribute to the next chapter of the manuals, building on the work of the volunteer clinicians who have supported and maintained them since 1992. The aim is to create an accessible digital resource shaped by the people who use it.
