This presentation shares findings from a 4 year participatory research program involving key health, government, community and research partners across the NT.
Through a collaborative consensus process, the partners developed recommendations across workforce, clinical practice, community engagement, technology and funding. Together, these recommendations provide a practical roadmap for using digitally supported models of care to improve access to comprehensive primary healthcare.
Come along to hear the key findings, recommendations and opportunities for translating this collaborative research into practice across the NT.
*Project partners include NT Health, The Department of Health Disability and Ageing, Healthdirect, the Australian Digital Health Agency, NT PHN, Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance NT, The University of Sydney and Menzies School of Health Research.
